Submitting a form requests a quotation only. A service becomes confirmed only when availability, itinerary, vehicle class, price and applicable terms are accepted through the operator’s confirmation process.

Passenger information
Customers must provide accurate pickup, timing, passenger, luggage, flight or train and special-requirement information. Changes may affect availability and price.
Vehicles and service
A preferred class may be requested. The confirmed vehicle and operational arrangements will be stated in the booking confirmation, subject to the final approved substitution policy.
Prices, payment and cancellation
No prices, payment terms, waiting allowances, cancellation charges or refund rules are published until an approved matrix and policy are supplied.
Liability and governing law
Liability limits, force-majeure provisions, complaint handling, governing law and jurisdiction require review by French legal counsel before launch.
